Shit start never really came into my flow after it. Bad end execution towards control 4 losing 5". Bad routechoice to 7 left was 10-15 sec faster probably but need to wait for the splits for a detailed analysis. Nice coursesetting though I was just very shit today. worst technical performance in a while, shit happens. ok, speed despite some achilles problems. Nice race from Wouter well-deserved win :D

SF with wouter, Andres Bock Bjoernsen and Benjamin Naslund. Took the best runnerschoice, but didn't have the pace in the end to fight for the second place.

Ran all alone in my QF followed by a camera. Tried to run fast alone. Pretty steep slopes in the end probabely losing a lot of time there.

2) +2" and MP hand wasn't close enough to the control who was up in a tree. 7&8 climbing up walls losing 7" total. 11) +22" didn't know for a moment where I was anymore.

Red route, didn't take all the best routechoices especially to control 1 I was stupid. Gate towards control 8 was closed so didn't run inside.

Felt my lower back in the uphill so walked all the uphills and didn't push in the running parts of the course. good training but expected a more challenging course for a Belgian Championship

1) +30" shitty routechoice 2) +25" shitty execution 5) +5" little hesitation 6) +10" should've gone more straight 13) +5" little hesitation when coming on the first big path again, didn't prepare routechoice 16) +5" little hesitation because of going in a path earlier than planned and was looking for the tower which obviously wasn't going to be there 25) +5" little check on the first paths how I had to go 28) + 5" going a bit to far to the left in the end of the leg coming on the crossings of the streets. ~1'30" of mistakes and some more timeloss just of not having the best legs in some parts of the course.

1) +15" hesitation when I went into the forest 2) +20" fighting some green instead of running straight to the open area, wanted to play it too safe. 7) +25" hesitation when on the path as it seemed like there where more paths there... 8) +35" Blind??? 10) +20" running too long on the path and a little hesitation. 11) +5" little ankle distortion 12) +25" to much fighting and hesitation in the greeen should've just taken the path al the way to the control as it was vissible from the path. 16) +2' not the best routechoice just running past this control last 3-4 controls fell & lost my headtorch from my head so had to run with torch in my hand and try to read the map. losing almost another minute. so total timeloss of almost 5'30"

Ok, controlled start and than not checking good enough at the paths towards control 14 where I was. Losing way to much time with running to the left... Losing some extra time towards 16 thinking I was closer to the asphalt road than I actually was... 19 very good compass direction but just not confident enough in the end of the leg and losing +6 min quite ok for the rest of the race some little mistakes but quite ok except for control 12 losing +2 min so 1h40 would have been possible at this cruizing speed with a bit more perfect race. good training though we learn again from this :D

8) +1' direction mistake after control 7 due to lack of attention 20) +40" distracted by another control even though I was running perfectly towards 20.... 21) +50" searching to early after the previous mistake and then standing at the wrong side of a tree looking for the control. Anyway good training on controlled pace, didn't force anything. But I think they should have selected me for Interland on a map and course like this. :p

Thanks jorn for a complete map :D MP control 16 :/ stupid mistake. Difficult to come on the map as I found this way to busy with all the big control cirkels and numbers. Nice course setting though with interesting forkings. On to 5km road race next thursday let's break 15' :p

Again some suboptimal routechoices and not running through the river because I didn't want wet feet this time, saw the option though just decided to not risk anything of an injury.

Some suboptimal routechoices and a stupid mistake just before the map flip thinking that I knew how to run to control 6/16 but running towards control 5 instead while checking the long leg on the second part of the course

Just no flow and motivation after that huuuuge mistake ... found some motivation to controls 22 and 23 setting the fastest time haha but that was all just a race to forget...

Lost the fight at control 4... brain malfunction +3:30 LOOOOL gave up after this. also angry man at control 10 he stole the control :'( "private" area bullshit like always

Looking for the small path just past control 10 not seeing it and by that, running to far into the fence... not always the best routes

Some good routes some bad, easy with Yannick real life feedback on routechoices. Stupid towards last control, looking back on the first map trying to avoid the fence...
